Terrible place. My agent was Mark and when I tried to cancel because I found a better deal, he acted so rudely! He said “Don’t call me ever again” with an angry tone even when I tried being nice with him and called him sir. When I asked to cancel, he started to pry into all my reasons. I told him it was because I found a better deal but he kept prying and said acted as if he was too busy to even talk to me. Immediately changed his tone when he heard I wanted to cancel. I don’t recommend this to anyone ever. Mark agent was terrible to me and I hope no one else has him.

I have been a client of Karen Catelano and Cesar Group for many years. Recently I was issued a very large fine for a lapsed comp ins policy. I was never concerned, because I know the caliber of professionalism I have gotten and continue to get with Karen and Cesar. I forwarded everything to Karen, and she took care of it. I am extremely grateful for the hard work, confidence, dedication and professionalism! Highly recommend.
