I spoke to a woman at this company and tried to schedule an appointment.. there were only a few spots open at times we couldn’t make.. the woman basically said “sorry about your luck,”

I don't know why im getting messages stating I signed up for Cason Group, I know for certain I have not. My company does not either, if it was an employer from 5 years ago, take it up with them but, you getting a bad review as are all the companies that keep sending me random text messages about healthcare, termite control, random paypal invoices, Nigerian princes, TIRED OF IT ALL. Why I have to opt OUT of something I NEVER OPTED INTO? You opt yourself out of sending me messages.

Incredibly disappointing experience. My benefits advisor did not offer any written policy documents to review and had no details on coverage or portability of various policies. When asked for more information or if I should call him with further questions he responded with "I'm making 39 calls today and then I'm off on another project, ask your HR person" which is the exact opposite reason this group was hired. Very much do not recommend hiring this organization to facilitate your group benefits I would have loved to sign up for a few policies but missed out due to lack of any information.

The Cason Group, Inc. is a great resource, we used them indirectly through our agent to find a suitable Group Health plan for 30-40 employees at our mid-sized law firm. Each interaction was friendly yet professional. Very thankful for their help through the years!
