What a joke. Call me to tell me I havnt cashed a check issued years ago. You tell me I’ll be getting it soon at this point month later still no check. Going by names is cool but if someone calls about their stuff make it a priority. S/o to collections for just chill collecting checks.

We have had Beacon as our Worker's Comp carrier for years and can't say enough nice things about them. Everyone you speak with is pleasant and truly concerned about you and your business! Beacon is well priced for the service they provide. Before a claim happens, clients are provided with much helpful ways to prevent claims from happening. If and when you need claim service, they help every step of the way. I highly recommend Beacon!

We have been buying our workers comp insurance policy from the beacon for years. Their product is a great price considering the coverage we get. Everyone I've ever dealt with at the beacon is beyond professional and incredibly pleasant to work with. They are by far the best insurance company i deal with.

Started the claim off well. Over the past year, 2 adjusters later, it has only become worse over time. They are on vacation every time I need to get in touch for an undetermined amount of time.. I have left 3 messages in past 2 weeks to not hear anything back. Extremely unprofessional behavior, petitioned me to court over a missed form yet can not answer their phone. They have made baseless assumptions and I have had to correct their unprofessional behavior more than once now. I give 2 stars instead of one because the first 3 months were not as bad.
