Overall, I am satisfied with this agency. I don't recall how I initially connected with this agency, with which I've had both auto and homeowner's insurance for many years. My representative has always been responsive and helpful, although I'm not entirely happy with my rates. Yesterday (October 2025), I was checking on business coverage for a small business in Philadelphia and needed to speak to a different rep. The premium quoted was very high, but we were in a rush to get new coverage and the business acount executive was able to arrange this.

We started to use the Barclay Group recently and WOW !!!! They are GREAT !!! We communicated with Debbie who was AWESOME. She was very knowledgeable and respond to all question in email or phone immediately.

Originally, I used other companies that would do anything to get us signed up fast and never hear from them again. Mike took the time to understand our needs and made sure the insurance companies earned our business with fair rates and good coverage. Every year he sits down with us and makes sure our providers are staying honest. Questions and concerns arise from time to time and Mike always gets back to us and helps. If you go with Barclay, you’ll hire a true asset to your company. On another note, we have to get insurance certifications for several of our customers throughout the year.
