I would NOT recommend this place - specifically agent John LaPointe and his team. They go through everything quickly making it seem as if you need certain benefits on top of your regular health insurance coverage. Once you’ve signed up, it comes out monthly and does not stop like regular health insurance once the year is over. The cancellation process is difficult. This place seems scammy. The only thing I do recommend is that you stay away from here and that maybe the company invests in customer service training skills.
This is the worst company ever do not get insurance through them. They are a scam. Tamika is the worst agent ever. They do not do their job they are currently trying to take money fromme and sign me up for things that I did not ask them to sign up for. They do not answer the phone!!!!!!! Pls do yourself a favor and go through someone else. I don’t normally leave reviews but they need to know that this is not okay
I signed up on Marketplace for Health Insurance with Aaron Spears at Your Lowest Quote. He signed me up on the Elite Bronze account with Ambetter. I then gave him my bank account information to have payment for this medical insurance premium taken out of my account on a monthly basis. He said I would have medical, vision, & dental. In fact, I only have medical and was paying for Cancer & Accident coverage which I did not authorize. I have tried to contact Aaron through email and phone and have gotten no response. I have now cancelled the Cancer & Accident coverage and will have to figure out how to get vision & dental insurance. What a shyster!!! Very upset with this agent and would never recommend this company to anyone! If I could give this company a minus star I would.
For the time being my review is a 1 star. Somehow ended up with Obama care, tax return said I owe thousands for something I didn't know I had. Please reach out ASAP.
bought insurance yesterday went to call today 3-14-24 @ 9 am here witch is 10 am there, their is no answer at this business from anyone buyer beware.
