Do not bother. You have to do all of your own work. They would not change my payment method, did not notify me that my policy was being canceled due to my change in payment method, and would not cancel our policy at our request. My question to an insurance agency, "What do you do?". You're better off working directly with an insurance company directly since it's all online anyway.

RogersGray has always come through for me, currently with automobile insurance issues. My parked car had a tree fall on it out of state around Thanksgiving. My agent and everyone else who is available have been very encouraging and helpful, and able to explain each step of the process as needed. I would feel overwhelmed without them! They are very professional, while being customer and service conscious.

I contacted Rogers & Gray to add my son, who recently received his license, to my insurance plan. Nicole was very helpful in getting this done. Her turn-around time and communication to me was amazing. In less than 24 hours, he was added to my plan and my stress level went down knowing that he was covered.

I have been with Rogers & Gray for 8 years. When I bought my house they were able to help me acquire coverage for my home. Haven't needed to contact them much during that time but when I did they were always very responsive and were always there to address my needs.

We appreciate Rogers & Gray’s assistance in helping us find a better home owners’ policy. We have improved coverage at a lower annual premium cost. It was great to have our agent’s guidance and patience answering all of our questions to ensure we selected the best policy and coverages.
