Tyler has a well-informed, respectful, and extremely help team there at Allstate. I appreciate the fact that an actual human being IN their office answers their phone calls. If my calls are missed, Tyler himself is always quick to respond with a request of mine already completed and/or my questions answered. Ashcroft insurance has been excellent to deal with, when signing up for new in surrance. Hope fully the 700.00 dollars per year reduction will stay in place after the first year. My sales person was River.

Horrible communication with Tyler (after being with Allstate for many years). He did nothing to help me with a new condo policy and overcharged me for my entire Bundled Policy! I dropped him ASAP! Tyler had told me, “I’m an advocate for all my clients.” Now he has responded that he had contacted my HOA insurance company when I had this water damage? He never told me that. As I remember, he told me if I filed a claim, he would not insure me.

They were extremely helpful, easy to deal with, and efficient. They're also easy to contact. I highly recommend.
