The 404 Agency: Allstate Insurance

This agency is terrible. I initially gave them my business because they claim they could lower my rates but what they don't tell you is that they will increase your deductible to do it and when you ask them questions, they take forever to get back to you. The service is terrible as in untimely so just moved my business back to my previous agent who replies same day, have great reviews and over 400 comments.

I was with Liberty Mutual for nearly 40 years. My rates kept going up with no claims. Car insurance went through the roof. I called them and they gave me an excuse because of where I lived it caused a spike in insurance. They looked at a couple of charts and said I could get a lower rate if I canceled and signed up as a new customer. Didn’t make any sense to me, if fact it concerned me that they would treat a long time customer this way. The 404 Agency sent me a quote in the mail so I called them. I requested a higher coverage on my home and it was still much lower that Liberty. I’ve been with these guys for a couple of years and they treat me right. My Home/Auto went down significantly. I’d recommend this agency to anybody wanting to save money and be treated right.
