TGH Insurance

Hi everyone! It’s Al Castaneda III. Just letting everyone know that TGH Insurance in Willis,Texas is the best thing since sliced bread! I recently moved into Emerald Lakes about 5-6 months ago and the home has a very nice pool in the open back yard. Another insurance company quoted me over $3000 for a Home Owners Insurance Policy before we could close because there wasn’t a fence to prevent children from falling in accidently. Around 3-4 months after having iron fencing installed, I called my insurance contact to cancel the policy and open a new one with the fencing installed around the pool area. Please see pics attached. He said we may as well just leave that policy in place till my renewal in October of this year, then we could open a new policy with the lower pricing at that time.

I emailed Kim with a question the other night, expecting a response probably within the next day or so.. to my surprise, she responded immediately and was SO patient with me. Every single employee that I've spoken with has been absolutely phenomenal, and I really feel that they truly care about their customers. It's so nice to not dread contacting your insurance company! Lol But seriously, if you're shopping around for insurance, you HAVE to give them a try!
