Texas Political Subdivisions JSIF

I'm a teacher who was thrown down by a student, was injured, and needed surgery. Texas Political Subdivision disputed my claim. I'm lucky that the state-designated doctor ruled in my favor. I still had to fight for what was owed to me. I'm still fighting to try to get the correct amount. It's interesting how an employer gave this company five stars, but the employees aren't. That's because this company tries to dispute legitimate claims and is just hoping that the employees get tired of fighting. These are soulless people who work for this company.

Been trying to get ahold of Nelly Leyva for 5 months now to be exact. A bus hit me (one of their clients) and still haven’t gotten my vehicle fixed. The accident was in MAY 2024 and it’s now JANUARY 2025

This place is a joke they don’t care about injured employees all they care about is the money that goes in their pockets this was suppose to help people not cause them to lose everything the insurance is a joke and needs to be abolished and needs to make the employers responsible for seriously injured employees the adjusters are a joke and so is the injured employees council I have more then enough evidence that shows they broke several laws and needed the surgeries they keep denying and still nothing is being done took 11 yrs of my life not being able to get the help I needed Tina carre is a joke and so are all the other people that work for these companies multi billion dollar company and they keep getting richer while we have to suffer for not getting the care we need should be ashamed
