Went to help my mother in law and staff there was rude. Did not want to help. One employee even rolled eyes at her. The only people there were us and another person and had to wait in line for 10 minutes to be helped. It was 9 am I can only imagine how they are when closing time comes. I don’t know how the state hires people who have awful attitude. The only person that was polite was the one at the door. 6/20/2025 @9am

Calm environment, helpful staff and security. Clean and welcoming. Wait is still a little frustrating at times but things do getnl done quickly once the ball is rolling.

Was ordered by Health and human services Austin Texas poor attitude and send my paperwork submitted were disrespectful and does not follow Senator Senator Juan blancos request request was not submitted correctly

No long lines but staff members are lazy
