I was sold on TFB as they would provide superior quality and service. After being let down as a paying customer right at a month I received a notice of cancellation, I’m an auto draft customer, the amount on the bill was about a third the normal amount. I called the office and was told by multiple agents and office personnel I no longer had insurance thru TFB but no one could tell me when it was canceled or why. I checked all the blocks from having prior insurance to great method of payment. I feel the break down was the agent was so concerned on selling me the next product they didn’t have a extra second to make sure the first account was running smoothly.. Proceed lightly. If they would let my family drive around without insurance they would do the same to yours.
