Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company

This is a great place to get your Texas insurance for a cheap price BUT I warn you if you get into a wreck they will not be your best choice. A lady ran the red light and T boned my truck and I had a witness that saw it happen in another vehicle and also a police report stating she ran the red light. My insurance agent said “nobody at fault” and I had to pay my deductible and my rates were tripled. Poor choice on my part for choosing this awful company. Patricia is a great salesman… I believed in her.

As a paying client, I am dissatisfied with the level of customer service I receive today. I recommend the agent Dana, should participate in addition training to strengthen her skills.

Sean Hartgrove is unlike any other insurance agent I've ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and even makes house calls. I never new that an insurance company could be so affordable, reliable, and enjoyable until I switched to Texas Farm Bureau. My whole family (8 total) have switched over and we are ALL very happy! Highly recommend!

Sean Hartgrove used to be a great agent. But for almost the last year he refuses to answer any phone calls, return any calls or do his job at all. We are moving our business elsewhere - we need an actual insurance agent who is willing to do what we pay for (change policies, add/remove individuals, etc).

I like the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance as a whole, actually feel Texas Farm Bureau is the best insurance provider.. however I have horrible luck dealing with Sean Hartgrove, which is the reason for the two star rating; no response to any emails, no return phone calls Etc, nothing but empty promises. My advice is yes to the Texas Farm Bureau insurance provider and absolutely do not accept Sean Hartgrove as your agent.
