Denied a claim on my roof didn’t have a proper adjustment on it claimed it was $2500 when it was really $5000. Also continuously raised car insurance and homeowners. Also, do not let these people into your house. They will find any reason they can to drop you or have a issue and then we’ll provide the most mundane blank explanation of it and if you canceled with them after they say they’re going to drop you, they’ll try to bill you a cancellation fee.

Years ago we had Farm Bureau for insurance and it wasn't the best experience but we decided over 10 years later to give them a chance. I requested a quote and for some reason was assigned this office out of Harker Heights even though I live 20 minutes away in Temple. After a lot of back and forth with the agent I was finally able to get a quote. When I was ready to sign the documents she had technical issues setting up the DocuSign and then there were issues when I called her to do the initial payment over the phone. The fees were ridiculous for making a credit card payment. She misinformed the auto payment amount. She told me that the fees for doing a credit or debit card payment would be a $1.50 but as she process the payment it was around $4 for each transaction Here I am over a week la

I had home and auto insurance through this company for 9 years. We paid way too much for the coverage they provide. If you change insurance companies after realizing this, it is a complete headache. 100% DO NOT recommend Texas Farm Bureau.

They set my payment date to one day then would pulls the money out 1-2 weeks early seems like whenever they felt like it, they were suppose to change my payment date but “forgot” to reschedule it. Do not go here!!!
