Barron is no help at all ! My rates went up I simply asked him to look over my policy and see if there was anything to be done to lower them. A week later I still hadn’t heard from him so I called back up there and he told me he looked it over and there was nothing that could be done to lower my rates. I asked him if there was an academic achievement discount that we could get with our son and he said no there sure isn’t ! The next day I looked over my renewal policy again and there was an academic achievement discount application enclosed. So I called back up and asked him about why he told me no the day before and he said he must have been looking at something different than what I was ! So I asked if it was offered to some customers and not to everyone and he said no so basically he did

We somehow missed paying the $45 membership fee. No one called, emailed, or even texted. We had to call for an unrelated issue and was then told we needed to pay it and paid it right then over the phone. Nothing else was said and unrelated question was answered and call ended. Months later, we had a hail storm and called to ask about the claim process for our roof only to be told we had no home owners coverage. ZERO. Apparently, when we missed paying our membership, the homeowners was cancelled, but not our life insurance policies or car coverage. How does any agent with a heart and conscience not spend the 5 minutes to pick up the phone and talk to us about our lack of coverage? They will be your best friend and call you non stop for life insurance policy but cannot be bothered to call yo
