Kate Murphy is to be avoided. I had the misfortune of going to the Bulverde location. Simply just terrible. Go to a different company all together or drive to San Antonio or new braunfels for a decent sales agent.
Beware of this company Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Tom Darlin and Melanie Damarais lied and sold me on this insurance policy for my house and now that I have to make a claim they do not want to respond. PLEASE be careful do not fall into their trap
