Apparently this agency likes to sell policies at a quoted price, but then comes back 3 months later only to want more money. Bad business practice. You should honor your commitments. I now know that I righteously fired Farm Bureau years ago due to some shady pricing moves. Use them at your own risk.
Have used Farm Bureau for years. Rich and his staff are honest caring people who give the service that is most desired.
Been with this company forever. Best insurance company, hands down. The Cibolo location is the best. They make me feel like part of the family and give great coverage.
Always helpful and never have had any issues with them.
