They removed my last review so I will keep putting them up weekly. Stay away from this company. They never call back. Called several times and left messages only for them to question if I even called. Was told the adjusters phone wasn’t working (for like 3-5 days) which at best is laughable. The agent I first was dealing with, Zach, is kind of sarcastically rude. I asked to not deal with him anymore and was given his supervisors number. I called the supervisor (Russell) 3 times and left messages only to NEVER hear a response. My shop had tried several times to get a hold of him but only did once. Then some other guy named Randy, I don’t know his title, emails my wife basically saying they’re that fault for the lack of communication. This is going on 2 months that my vehicle had been in the

Penny Glass is the best insurance agent I've ever had and has to be one of the best in Texas.
