I really love my insurance agent with Texas Farm Bureau, but I do not appreciate the way I was treated at the Treadaway office in Abilene. When I walked in, Tasha was dismissive and unprofessional. I was just following instructions and didn’t know why I had been sent there, but her attitude made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. That said, I’m leaving a four-star review because she did complete what needed to be done—just not kindly. I hope the office takes more care in how they treat customers going forward

I went to pay my insurance today. So you are late one day. They charge a $10 dollar each policy with they didn't tell me . Bad communication and they don't tell you. They don't tell the late fees at all. I would not recommend them at all.

I worked with TXFB and they are a good company. The agents are caring, fair and honest. The rates are very competitive with other companies. I would highly recommend this office.
