If you had to work with anyone at Texas insurance. Talk with Ashley Bruce. This young lady took her time to help me understand what was going on, how it worked and what I needed to look at and understand. I was able to ask her any question, and she didn't get frustrated with me, all she did was listen and came back with a response that put me at ease. I could even tell by the tone in her voice that she was willing to work with me, not frustrated and understand what I was not understanding. Now, that's customer service everyone that works in customer service should understand that sometimes older Generations don't really understand all the new technology and verbiage that goes along with insurance.
