Terry Cropp - State Farm Insurance Agent

This guy is a clown, the most rude, unprofessional insurance agent I've ever ran across, there's several other offices in Tucson I recommend you use not only someone else but A different insurance company entirely State Farm is horrible and that's putting it softly

Terry Cropp and his staff are absolutely the best! Great service!!. I have been with Terry and State Farm for property and automobile insurance close to thirty years. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommended!

Awesome staff! I have never be as happy with any insurance agency as I have with Terry Cropp (& staff). As previously noted, his staff is awesome. They are continually polite, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I feel comfortable knowing that my calls or emails will be answered in a timely manner. If I need assistance they are there!

This agency attempts to convince their customers to pay-out-of-pocket to "avoid" increases in their premiums. They also increase their prices each year without reason. I was a loyal customer for almost 3 years and only from heard from Terry Cropp twice - each interaction was him pressuring us to close our claims. He offered no sympathy or guidance. And they paid us $0. Vendors on the "premier" program that they offer are unreliable. Our roof is still damaged to this day (it's been 4+ months and we still haven't heard back from the contract company they recommended). Whats the point of having their insurance if they aren't willing to help you in your time of need? Buyers beware. You'll get a generic birthday and holiday card each year. But you'll only hear from Terry himself personally wh

State Farm has been our insurance company for 22 years and Terry Cropp has been our agent for about 12 years. Because of the excellent customer service and personal attention provided by his wonderful staff, we have never considered switching to another company or agency. We are very happy with their service.
