Finding an insurance agency who cares for each policy holder is unique and unheard of!! Thank you Terrance and State Farm for providing personal assistance , guidance, coverage and always going above and beyond to give me peace of mind and assisting my needs.

This guy is a real piece of work… my life insurance had my ex’s name on it and it 3 years and 20 phone calls to get it resolved… trying to change agents now and he won’t return my calls… I just need him to let me change agents…stay away from this agent… or be left in the wind.

This agent doesn't return clients phone calls or texts message. Seems he's only interested in you if you're seeking insurance products. He doesn't seem to care about his existing clients. I'm done with this agent.

About nine years ago I walked into Terence’s office because I had just moved to Arizona & needed to switch my out-of-state insurance. His was the first State Farm office I saw once I started working in downtown Phoenix, so I just walked straight in & got it all done. He’s moved out to 16th St, and I no longer work downtown, but I keep my insurance with him because every time I need to work an issue, he & his staff leave me happy. That’s through multiple rental policies, buying a home, buying a car, and getting a family member their first auto insurance with their first car. Top-notch service here.

Worst agency ive dealt with.. They never answer phones. Unprofessional. And very forgetful. Made my morgage go up because of there mistakes and not sending out refunds when i cancelled.
