The best insurance I’ve ever felt with while dealing with hard times, a new baby and when no one else would insure me even under my father being the owner of the vehicle Ted helped and by the grace of God his Insurance firm worked with us at a very reasonable price and made me feel like a productive member of society again to where I could drive on my own, take my new born son to the doctors weekly and so I could drive myself to work and be an independent woman again. Very childish agency! I spent two years with them and found a better quote and left. Two years later, I need some documents from them for a very important issue. After three days of attempting to obtain a simple declarations page, I was told the agent, Ted, simply did not want to release it because it was "his rule." I called State Farm directly and was told that he is just being difficult and there is no reason I couldn't have my documents. Sad that they want to act like children and hold a grudge, as everyone does, I shopped insurance and they couldn't compete! Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone!
