Incredibly disappointed in TBH insurance, after being their client for more than 15 years. I have see the quality of customer service degrade over the last several years. One month before I was due for renewal of my home insurance policy I received a letter that TBH no longer worked with my current carrier. I called to ask what my options were and was told that there were many customers in the same predicament and that they would get to my policy in due time. TBH finally contacted me 1 week before my policy was up, with follow up questions, indicating they were working on my case. I did not hear from them again until Friday, the day my policy was due to expire, at 3 pm ( 2 hours before closing). At this time they informed me that they were not able to find another carrier that would insure
