I’ve had many insurance agents over decades in several locations around the United States over my lifetime. Tan is the best. I have been with Tan and his agency for over a decade and he has been dependable, very kind, relationship building, thorough, responsible, and very responsive on all Issues that I have run into regarding insurance. Tan Nguyen and his wife Kari have been a disappointment to me. They are not there when you need them; when wife had an accident and called for help she was left without any assistance when other people at fault. When helping kids get a car they messed up the insurance coverage and left us without coverage at all. Then when selling house, they cancelled my insurance claiming vacant property. THEY LEFT ME IN A LURCH AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
