I arrived at 8:50am and waited until 9:10am. But no staff came to work. While the store opens at 9:00am. It's really bad, when the door is not opened at the scheduled time

Lala was a savior when I needed insurance fast! She was quick, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend coming here for your insurance needs.

I locked my car key in the trunk, and cost me some money to retrieve it back. Allstate immediately sent me a check to compensate for my loss. Very efficient and helpful. I really appreciate their help and am glad I chose them as my insurance company. (My agent is LaLa)

I just wanted to say how DISAPPOINTED I am with the service from this agency. I have been a longtime customer of Allstate and have dealt with several agents over the years. I have never had such poor service as I've had with this agency. Had to make several calls to get anything done and even then changes I requested were never made. I've called on more than one occasion and their voicemail box was full. Also, when you call the message does not even identify it as being an Allstate agent. Poor service and bad communication.
