The agent and staff has always taken care of any concerns or questions that we may have in a very timely manner and always friendly. The real show of the agent was when in the middle of the day mid October a deer stopped me and my wife in the middle of nowhere and all we did was call her and she had the tow truck there within the hour and she even came to the site and picked up my wife so she didn’t have to ride in the tow truck. Have never checked prices elsewhere don’t know if there’s anything better but I doubt we would find a better agent and staff anywhere. They are the best! Norb & Dawn Wianecki

Not only is American Family an awful, predatory, overpriced insurance agency. We were purposefully misled by Tabitha. She notified us that another local insurer had rejected us and they had not. We contacted them directly and were able to get insurance through them. She manipulated the situation. Advise you to avoid. In response to your reply: There was no miscommunication. You directly said on the phone that Nolan would not cover us. That caused us to continue looking elsewhere. A week later as we were desperately seeking coverage a friend knew someone at Nolan and they were happy to offer coverage. There’s no way to misinterpret this situation. And that’s not the only reason I’d advise against American Family. They also doubled the home insurance rate of a family we know a couple years
