I've worked with State Farm for over 15 years, specifically with Silvia Underhill, and my experience has been pleasant. Sometimes, the prices go up, and I only change companies once, but in the end, I return to State Farm not only for the competitive prices but also for the service. In the case of claims, they've always been very attentive and professional with the follow-up. Maria is my agent, and I always receive the best service from her.

Professionalism, good attitude and a lot of knowledge is what the sylvia team offers. They gave me a lot of information about the importance of having a life policy and explained in detail all the options that state farm offers

Warning! Do not get insured here! They mark up insurance payments randomly! You might start low but they will raise your payments every 3 months. Next thing you know your payments are up 30% in a year. It’s a scam! Go somewhere else. Office doesn’t care because they scam non stop so they have a ton of people on the hook already and get more and more everyday. Be careful because it looks like they are gauging like the rest of these businesses

Really dont call the office for much. I recieve their office correspondence by mail and it's going fine. I did receive a phone call from Sylvia and she had looked into my policy and gave me a better discount then the initial start up. So needless to say that's a great job already. The staff was helpful and handled what I needed to get done the time I went into the office. I wasnt looking for special attention or to haggle on policy. Went in handled business and came right out. Good spot, helpful, friendly and that's good enough.

Don't even think about going into this State Farm's office. Their insurance quotes are extremely high compared to what I got now. I saved over $500...yes $500 by switching to Allstate. I also got friendlier service and follow up calls from agents following my claims. This office never wants to be bothered by claims, so don't waste your $ and time at this office.
