Very bad customer service. I was trying to get an estimate to change my insurance. But they’re not such a friendly as in the commercial you always see. This particular office have a lack of kindness and respect for the costumer. The employee was very rude since he picked up the phone and noticed my accent, he was very disrespectful and rude during all the phone call, he didn’t even tell me his name when I asked for it. He just told me a stupid nickname. I don’t know who hire this people, but customer service in essential for a successful business. I’m pretty sure the reviews of this location are fakes or paid. Very disappointing.
