Called Susan Lynch’s office today and had the pleasure of speaking with Bronte. I am not a current customer of hers however after the help that was provided by Bronte I will be moving my policies to this agent. I highly recommend you go here for all of your insurance needs they are very friendly and knowledgeable about your insurance needs.

I called in today regarding documentation and was met with an argumentative pam. She did not listen to my request to fully understand what I was asking and yelled at me during the call. Susan, who I love to deal with and have been dealing with, is out on leave. I asked to speak to someone above her, and she supplied me with a number to make a complaint that required some extension code. I have been with this office for over a decade. I am now switching agents. This is my first time encountering this unprofessional level at this location. I have dealt with many agents and representatives over the years.
