I’m new to the area and have been with the same State Farm representative in my hometown my entire adult life, so switching was really nerve wracking for me. Kaitlyn and Susan made it absolutely breezy to start switching my accounts over. From the fast and efficient way Susan got my info to Kaitlyn, to the expeditious way Kaitlyn had me set up and then went one step further - she emailed my insurance info to the parties that needed it. Kaitlyn is definitely a doll and I’m glad that she’s going to be my agent, she definitely show genuine authentic, caring for her customers. Even the new ones!

Kimberly took time seeking discounts available to assist in obtaining reasonable, fair, auto and renters insurance allowing an additional life insurance policy which was an amazing addition. Not only did she assist me but also my elderly mother, while providing exceptional customer service, attention, care and understanding, which is very rare to find in business. I feel she has managerial characteristics that should be recognized and implemented within the company.
