If you have any choice do not buy their geo blue policy. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and they approved surgery with a guarantee of payment just to 3 weeks later pull the payment and deny my wife her life saving chemo therapy with out notice. I have spoke to several individuals who have had claim denied and procedures denied. This insurance does not apply to American care act and will find any reason to deny your coverage and leave your life in danger and spending thousands on lawyers just to actual get your claim paid.
