It's always a great experience as an ongoing customer. They take care of me wether it's in person or over the phone and are always actively looking to get the best deals. They also keep track of my policy to avoid interruptions. Emily and James are great agents.

I was shocked, one of my friend a recommended and I make a call, no answer, I left any information and no response. So one week later, I think about give a second chance. Make a call, I need to have a man insurance for house and car. They start to ask my personal information, from first minute I did try to be clear that house and car under trust name, I can’t even finish to explain that need commercial insurance like that lady was so rude and said: if you not tell me your personal information ( what I already did) ah just hung up on me. Our call was less than 1 min long. Don’t use them. It’s so disrespectful.

Staff is very kind , always at my service with any changes or requests I make. Emily goes over the top to explain things thoroughly, and always manages to find me the best deal. My father first found their company in 1995 and here we are still with them in 2019. Thank you!

Staff was nice, but after a brief disconnect my call was routed to a manager who within 5 seconds completely discredited the initial quote process rudely said the product wasn’t available and hung up with that smug “soooorry” before offering any alternatives. Context missing? Looking for nonowners insurance on a long term rental for uber. Complicated, but nothing that should be handled in such a rude manner. Love reading? Be the first to read my apology to the staff member who answered next whom I hypocritically hung up on after a brisk, but polite, message to the manager. I am sorry for that. You cats can decide whether or not I’m on target for the manager, but the receiving staff is excellent.

Great experience! I love the people, the environment, and they go out of their way to find the best prices for me. 10/10!
