After our insurer decided to raise our rates to incredibly high rates for no reason other than “inflation”….we reached out to Cameron at Summit Insurance company to help us find better rates. Summit and Cameron searched for the best rates for us and our cars through several different companies and found the best rates for us!! Saves us over $750 per year!!! Easy to talk to via email, text, and on the phone and made the whole process very easy!! Highly recommend them if you are looking to shop for insurance!!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Summit Insurance, specifically with Steve Terrell, the owner. When I called to discuss an urgent issue, instead of providing assistance, he raised his voice to the point of screaming at me. His pride in being the owner seemed to overshadow any customer service skills he should have had. To make matters worse, he abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. After digging deeper into my situation, I discovered that my mortgage company had reached out directly to Summit for a correctly formatted declaration page. They informed me that they spoke with someone at Summit, but nothing was done. As a result, my mortgage company stopped all payments to Summit and forced me to switch to another insurance provider. This entire experience has been nothing
