I'm having the worst customer service experience ever with this agency. My agent never answers the phone or returns my voice message. She hasn't done what I've asked her to do and I can't find out why. I can't get anyone to pick up at the main number either. The only reason I've given two stars is that the homeowner's insurance they've written for me seems like good coverage and saves me money.

I've been a customer of Stuart insurance a little over a year now and so far very satisfied. Laurie is always attentive to our needs and saved us some money on our auto insurance. Great customer service and a savings. Definitely a win win for us.
