Gary strock is a sad excuse for an insurance agent. We are lifetime customers, 45 years. Mother was in an accident and the process through them was absolutely heinous. Wasn’t her fault and she was without a car for days and days, I thought your insurance agent was supposed to represent you but we could’ve found more help at a homeless camp. Erie used to be great. Our ENTIRE family will be switching providers and so will I for my commercial. Up yours!
