I was in an accident taking my kids to school, I was not at fault. I called them within an hour of the accident and was told someone would get back to me. I called back at the end of the day and spoke with the lady handling my claim just to make sure she had everything she needed from me. She said she did and she would get back in touch with me. 2 days went by, past their legal time limit to respond. My car had been towed and was racking up storage fees. I called her again and she told me I was responsible for those fees (which was a lie). I didn't know that at the time (very 1st accident) so I told her had she informed me of that from the get go I would have moved it to the mechanic asap. She was exceptionally rude. Stonewood Insurance Company/Bluefire Insurance Has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cancelled my service with them because of the horrible reviews I saw after a friend recommended I research them. I received the cancellation letter stating that I MAY have a balance due and to please contact them immediately (there was no amount due stated in the letter which I thought was odd). I called to inquire about why I owe them if I should actually have money credited back since I canceled before the day the policy ends. A woman answered the call and was so rude, stated I am no longer a customer to be asking questions and that I need to pay them the $5.83 that I owe. She sent me to the automated system which then told me I can't pay because my policy is no longer active. I calle

Literally the worst insurance company ever. I wrecked my car January 2nd and was not at fault for the accident. They still have not paid off my car. My credit is COMPLETELY RUINED. They have been extremely slow in attempting to pay off my car. And honestly I think it’s because I’m a 24 year old girl they are refusing to take me seriously. Never ever go through this company. Not really sure how they sleep at night ruining people’s credit like this.

My Adjuster was very Nice and Patient person. She knew what to do and handle it very professionally. We negotiated a price and agreed on a fair price that we both liked. We talk directly on the phone and communicated through email. This has been the easiest part of my claim so far.

Does not pay claims done by their insured They need more proof Do not use as they are crooks refusing to do the right thing instead they prefer to give you the run around if their insured is involved. They even make you feel like there is a possibility in getting things repaired by giving you a claim number
