The absolute WORST customer service ever. I have been a loyal customer since 2004; yes, 20 years. My current homeowners and liability insurance premiums are almost $13,000 a year, and I can’t get anyone to return my calls, price a less expensive plan, check on a refund, nothing. Heidi Thrash is about as responsive as the trash can. I found better coverage through Allstate for $6,000 a year less. Lower deductible and lower percentage deductible (2% vs5%) for NAMED hurricanes, not just wind and hail. I was screwed without so much as a kiss!!!
