When it really comes down to it, customer service here sucks. They screwed me over twice over the last few years. The first time was in an actual accident in which they left me hanging for over 3 months. Since the guy that rear ended me was also a progressive customer, they were unwilling to provide any help whatsoever. I had to chase down my own police report, and they said they couldn't do anything until the other guy also put in his claim unless I wanted to handle the claim myself, and get reimbursed later. I should have told them to screw off then, but I conveniently let the stupid policy auto renew. Now, I'll go to any other insurance company except this one.

We've used Stidham Insurance for decades. They've always been competitive and very responsive do our needs. They keep us up to date with changes and shop for affordable insurance to help us to remain competitive in our business.
