Stewart Limited/Insurance Management

DO NOT USE BRENT FROM STEWART LIMIT... HORRIBLE SERVICE!!?This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. 8 yrs with National General and Brent at Stewart limited. It was my first accident and not my fault. Numerous unreturned phone calls from Brent and his assistant Michele. 6 months after the accident, now Brent is chasing info on the claim that should have been followed up on months ago.

For the 2nd time my home owners insurance was cancelled for non payment on a house I was building for my family because this agency CANNOT process a simple administrative request to change the mailing address so I would receive the bill when due. My property went uninsured for almost 4 months and the only reason I discovered this was because I called to inquire when my next premium would be due. When I inquired why I didn't receive a call, the response was "we have 2,000 customers, I don't have time to call the ones that are going to be cancelled." Brent, it was the 2nd time you and your agency could not process a simple address change request and you couldn't even offer an apology but rather "I have been in business for 30 year, did you get the new quote we sent over" Shop around, it will

Brent and company go above and beyond my expectations. Very responsive to routine questions and needs as a small business owner. Highly recommend.
