Steven Snoha - State Farm Insurance Agent

I wish there was a lower rating to give this agent would get -100. We have been with State Farm for over 2 decades and this agent was the worst I ever dealt with. In July we approached him to get a quote for a new home we were looking at. Steven incorrectly moved coverage to new home and caused our current homeowner policy to terminate without any notification. We were very fortunate in not having an incident. 2 months later our mortgage company notified us of this issue and we found this agent billed incorrect address. Whats worse is this guy could not even own up his mistake or apologize. He stopped answering phones/emails left tons of messages. Also visited his office but no show. These people used to be good. But now whenever I need a change in my policy they never answer their phone or requests through the app. It took months for one of my policy’s to get off my account after several phone calls.

Steven and team are good at providing quotes and provide good rates. My charges went up after two or three months of payment. After 4 months of follow up they reduce to charge to original agreed price, but still after 3 months of follow up for the refund of extra payment and no response. Too tough to get hold of Steven the person who know things, waiting for my refund still. I hope review can help me to get refund.

I never leave one star reviews. My wife and I had horrible experiences while dealing with Steven and his team. Time and again we would make a request and have verbal confirmation but zero changes were made to our policies. They couldn’t even cancel our policy correctly. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Excellent agency. I highly recommend. We like them so much that all of our insurance is through them and has been for many years. In that time we have had a car theft, car accident and home theft. Each time this team has been responsive, professional and timely.
