Steven Funk: Allstate Insurance

I was super stressed trying to find insurance for my new car. I had called over a dozen companies when suddenly my search stopped at All State. Chris was so personable and generous with his time. He understood my stress and made it easy to buy the policy I needed. Although it wasn't the cheapest option, I think you get what you pay for and I'm willing to pay for great customer service. I highly recommend Chris and his agency and will continue to work with them. One day at a time!

Looove my new insurance company! Chris was awesome. He communicated with me through the whole process and made it easy with the option to text during the transition. Also he was great at explaining everything and quick to answer any questions I had. Their prices are very fair and especially with having a new teenager driver, they were the lowest I found. 1/2 the price of everyone else.

Good rates on insurance, but there's a catch: it's impossible to cancel a policy! I paid 2 years on a renters insurance policy for a place I did not live at because you cannot cancel a policy online. Then when I asked to cancel, they said I owed more money... Thankfully, Evelyn at the Funk Family Agency sorted everything out and got me a partial refund. I was happy that they were responsive to my situation. Just be careful: and realize you can't cancel this online. I didn't think an agency that has commercials during the NBA finals such as allstate would have this predatory practice in 2024, but upon more research I have discovered strikingly few allow online cancellation, but all other insurance policies I have can be, and I will in the future only be taking my business to organization

Great agency! Steven took more than an hour of his day to design a custom insurance plan for our cars, motorcycles and house. That ended up saving us a few hundred dollars every six months. Could not recommend more! We have been with them for over 3 years now.

Raised my rates $70 a month without explanation! I have not had any wrecks or tickets! Mr Funk was suppose to call me to discuss other options and why it went up and I never got a call! I finally called back and they just said the state raised the rates! Well I will be looking for a new company that has good customer service and will actually call you back!
