Been with AmFam since I started driving, and even in my departure, there are some of the kindest and most caring people working at this office. Shout out Danelle for sure, because she will personally walk you through everything and explain it in whatever terms you need, and is just understanding in whatever works best for you.

My wife and I visited F Steve Tyler this last week to go over our insurance policies for home and automobiles. He did an excellent job of explaining everything about these policies and what they covered, including all the discounts that we were receiving. He also explained how important it was to have an umbrella policy. Steve is like your next door neighbor, very warm, helpful and caring.

I worked with Tara Roach to get an estimate on our home and auto insurance. I wasn't sure what to expect as we have been with our current insurance company for a long time and I thought we were getting the best deal possible, but Tara proved me wrong! She not only got us a better price on our home insurance but also on our 2 cars as well! Thanks to you and the staff at your office - you are the best!

At this time, I would recommend you not to have business with these people. I am not talking about American Family Insurance. It's about just this office. I think this team is not being appropiately supervised, and they do not act with integrity, honesty, and profesionalism, specially those ladies (Kathy Durand and other person whose name is Rob). They act as your enemies. Not your insurance's agents. It's being horrible. It's really, really sad that this office has suffered this bad change during the last times. They need supervision (from headquarters maybe) and training. They just have fun with you when you call instead solving the problems. Their focus is not to help clients, or solving problems, but putting barriers. This office has became an horrible agency which is making damage
