Steve Strothman - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Steve and his team. Robin and Justin are always there when you need them to add or remove items to your policy. They are also wonderful to talk to when you have a question. They always go above and beyond what is asked of them.

I have been with State Farm since I began driving. 1st they dropped me after a couple fender benders apparently too close to each other 3 in 5 years. Then I kept them for my homeowners insurance and am regretting it. They not only continue to hike the prices they have failed to even provide services that should have been covered due to events outside of man’s control i.e. weather etc I would recommend another company Although Steve Strothman is a kind man you don’t get to speak to him anymore instead you are given to another agent that simply wants to line their pockets with commission, I never felt Steve did that. Things simply aren’t the same here anymore

I highly recommend Steve's office. They provide great customer service and are very knowledgeable. You can tell they are looking out for their customers to ensure they are fully protected and get exactly what they need.
