The people that work at this office are very rude disrespectful i’ve been hung up on multiple times. very unprofessional!

Steve was very welcoming at the entrance and handled my claim very professionally and courteously. We made some phone calls to the claims folks together and he was an immense supporter during the whole process. He even let me have some GEICO swag for my kiddos. Highly recommend this Office for anyone looking for a change in insurance.

Stop in to get a quote on a home policy,I was asked maybe 2 questions , I told him I was getting a quote for my ex wife who is selling are house in Arizona. I had all the Necessary information for the home she was purchasing in West Virginia. And he told me she needed to be present to get the quote I asked him why. then he said they would need to run a credit check. I told him I got a quote from another company no credit check was done. Then he told me we weren't gonna be to be a good fit, I asked why, he said i just don't like you, I could tell you were a jerk when you walked in. And you used the employee's entrance , he said didn't see the sign .I told him There was no sign, as I got up to leave I thank him for Insulting me and told him to have a nice day as I left the building.

The office is awesome. Shayna helped me out with my car and home insurance. I saved a bunch and got better coverage and they made the process super simple. Very satisfied. I will probably tell a friend or two.
