After having several issues with Clyde Shepley's office in Aberdeen, I finally decided to transfer. I spoke to Hannah and she is just absolutely wonderful! I cannot believe I went to that other trashy agency in Aberdeen all these years!
My latest visit to my local Allstate office was to work with Chryle Lund to assist with my involvement of being rear ended in California while I was driving a Enterprise rental car. Chryle was right on top of the claim of working with the AAA agent (agent for driver who rear ended my rental car). Chryle continues to work with AAA agent to insure everything is done on behalf of my best interest per my car insurance policy.
So kind, friendly and very professional in their job. Been with allstate over 20 years and will never switch insurance company. Got the best at Steve Moore: Allstate Company.
Have had great experience with Chryle Lund at this office. Always friendly and very helpful. Recommend this office and staff.
