I’ve been with Steve and his team for 10+ years and always felt it was a good choice. Gina especially has always been wonderful to work with. She is a wealth of information but also a very transparent individual who truly wants to make sure you as the client have the information and tools to make properly informed decisions. Most recently I had some discussion around the increasing premiums that everyone is dealing with and she offered some great potential options that could see my premiums decrease. Are there cheaper options? Sure, but this feels like a situation of getting what you pay for. I know when I call Steve and team, I am going to get someone on the phone who is professional, knowledgeable, and wants to help. Keep up the great work!

I would like to recognize Gina Nicoletti with Steve Lamonica Insurance Agency for being AMAZING in helping me over the last few months. Whether is was helping with my home owners insurance and discussing all that is covered or more recently getting three cars insured and registered with NYS. Gina was so pivotal in helping me coordinate with my SF agent in Florida when a hiccup with my titles for two leased vehicles were not provided to the DMV and they were not able to register the vehicles as planned. She was able to stop the cancellation of my FL insurance and delay the start of NY until the DMV issue was resolved so we didn’t have a lapse in coverage! I had an issue with my bank payment transfer recently that ultimately caused a cancellation and possible DMV fine. I worked with David and he took care of everything. My policy is reinstated with no fines from DMV and I’m paid up until January. He was helpful, patient and kind at a time when my personal has a lot going on. I appreciated his help so much. Love this agency!
