Steve Haase - State Farm Insurance Agent

Been with State Farm for over 20 years. My dad's been with them for over 30 years. Got a call from Steve's team a month ago telling me that State Farm was dropping my brand new Lexus that I bought for my girlfriend because she had a small fender bender like 3 years earlier when she lived in Miami. As frustrating as that was I went to another place and got her insurance in 5 minutes (for a much better price). Today I called to get my new car insured and was told they won't insure me or any of my vehicles any longer because of "association" with my live in girlfriend. They dropped my Tesla and refused to insure my new car JUST BECAUSE I LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE AS MY GIRLFRIEND! Think about that for a second. State Farm must be hurting sooooooo bad to be treating people this poorly. I

Steve has been my agent off and on for 20 years. I started with him when I met my wife; but when we moved to Ohio I switched. However, when we moved back to Arizona, I happily returned, and I have stayed with him ever since. He and his staff have always helped me to discuss different insurance products, from premises liability, to life insurance, auto, home, and umbrella coverage. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of Steve Haase at State Farm for over 38 years!! As my needs changed over this many years, a simple personal call to Steve resulted in policy changes or additions to best suit the situation. Policys were thoroughly explained until he was confident I understood it. A lot has changed over the years but the good service has remained the same since day one!

There are a couple other poor reviews here talking about "rudeness" but I would suggest you call his office and decide for yourself.
