Customer since 1990, always and ever a fine office to contact. Today Daphne reached out to me via phone for a review of my renters and auto policies. Pro phone, no other way to say it. Speaking of professional, Steve is the consummate sage of SF/ insurance. My last policy review he called and it was like old friends. No different with Daphne. Her thoroughness helped me understand the details about coverage and rates. Also I have always been impressed with Kim’s customer service skills when I call for an address change, for example. In good hands with good neighbors at this office most certainly.
