Steve Antczak - State Farm Insurance Agent

Several years ago I moved my auto, home, and umbrella policies over to Steve Antczak’s State Farm. The price was significantly lower than I had been paying elsewhere. The service, reliability and professionalism is outstanding. The communication is fast and reliable, answering all my questions and solving anything that arises. I have had a couple of automobile claims over the years and all have been conveniently handled and trouble-free. I highly recommend Steve and his team.

Lori is absolutely best person you could ever hope to work with for all your insurance needs. She is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and does a wonderful job of explaining everything to you.

My husband has been with State Farm for a really long time, and I switched from my prior insurer around five years ago. I have to say that every interaction I've had with Lori and Jen has been absolutely wonderful! It didn't matter if I started a claim with Lori - Jen would know who I was immediately and be able to pick right up where Lori left off. My claims were always handled quickly, and my questions were always answered. I just submitted a claim last week, and it was so effortless, and they even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was completed as expected. I can't say enough good things about this agency, and I highly recommend it!

We have managed all of our insurance needs (auto, home, renters) through this office since we moved to Hatboro in 1996 and have never even considered looking elsewhere. Lori always takes the time to explain our coverage and make suggestions for changes that will give us the greatest protection for the best price. On the (thankfully) few occasions when unfortunate things have happened, we get prompt responses, guidance, and payments.
